The service of opening or modifying VAT number with registration with the Chamber of Commerce and social security institution allows artisan activities to obtain registration or modification of our activities at the revenue agency, the Chamber of Commerce, INPS.

In order to open an artisan activity it is necessary to provide: 

• Copy of the owner's front / back ID document
• Copy of the tax code of the holder
• Address and name of the activity
• Possible registration in the professional register or certificate of qualification
• Possible residence permit for non-European citizens
• Possible course for the administration of food and drinks issued by the ASL
• Certified E-Mail Box – PEC

The legislation in force provides that the artisan activity must be carried out in an exclusive manner, that is it is not possible to have an employment or a second activity in addition to the artisan activity.

Within 4 working days the PDF file will be provided stating the registration or modification of the VAT number at the Revenue Agency and the Chamber of Commerce. If you want to receive it within 48 hours you can select the appropriate box and the relative surcharge will be applied.

The company registration and the INPS and INAIL receipts will be available within 30 days, as such the time required by these institutions to provide the aforementioned certificates.

It is not possible to register only in the Revenue Agency without the simultaneous registration in the Chamber of Commerce and INPS.

At the time of purchase, the costs for refunding stamps and chamber rights in the Chamber of Commerce will also be charged.
