The "Certified Start of Business Notification" (SCIA) is the declaration that allows companies to start, modify or close their activity.

SCIA declarion replaces the authorizations, licenses or applications normally required to start a business.

The filing must be accompanied by a self-declarion regarding the possession of the requirements and, if required, technical and planimetric drawings must also be attached.

Within 60 days from the filing of SCIA declaration, the body concerned must verify the possession and veracity of the declared requirements.
